The UX Process
The client Deloitte Year 2024
Upon entering the simulator, the business owner sees a short explanation of the tool’s purpose and how to use it. The tone is friendly and accessible, even for

Clear and Welcoming Intro Screen
We chose to design most of the simulator’s questions as Yes/No to simplify the response process, minimize the amount of information required from the user, and reduce the likelihood of drop-offs during the flow.
