Development Areas
Interactive Business Map
Objective
An interactive platform designed to provide Deloitte clients and businesses with up-to-date, comprehensive information about designated development areas in Israel — locations where the government offers tax benefits and incentives for establishing warehouses, factories, and industrial zones. The goal: to encourage businesses to expand into peripheral regions, reduce centralization in the Tel Aviv area, and drive economic growth nationwide.
Solution
I designed a user-friendly landing page centered around an interactive map of Israel, enabling users to:
Filter locations by region and benefit level.
Click on a map point to open a pop-up with address details, available benefits, ranking, and additional information.
Quickly identify the most strategic locations for new business operations based on incentives and rankings.
Inspiration
The design and user experience were inspired by electric vehicle charging station maps, adapted with a professional and corporate visual language to suit an industrial development context.
